Webinar: Measuring and Curbing Medical Overuse: Moving From Volume to Value - healthcareservices.vision

Time

Nov 3, 2021, 12:00 PM in Eastern Time (the US and Canada)

About

As healthcare continues to reorient from volume toward value, value metrics and outcome metrics will increasingly coexist in public reporting programs such as Best Hospitals. In this interactive session, panelists from organizations including U.S. News and the Lown Institute will discuss how and why leading hospital ranking programs have begun incorporating measures of low-value care into their methodologies. Q&A will give attendees an opportunity to provide input on optimizing the use of claims-based value metrics in public reporting programs.

This webinar is part of Healthcare of Tomorrow, a virtual event series from U.S. News & World Report for hospital and health system executives and other industry leaders to discuss common priorities, best practices, and perspectives on the future of the country’s health system and care delivery.
