InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. The National Association of Healthcare Professionals, a leading provider of healthcare solutions to durable medical device manufacturers and healthcare providers, announced today that it has signed a three-year agreement with global healthcare companies and research institutes. As part of the master service agreement, InfuSystem will provide its biomedical services, which include annual preventive maintenance and repairs, on many of the infusion sets for hospitals and other healthcare facilities under contract with a global healthcare company. The site is operated by a major management company or locally outside one of the seven InfuSystem service centers. Global medical technology and research institutes of consumer choice infusion pump ships have more than 300,000 pumps in 1,200 hospitals, including 800 hospital systems in the United States and Canada. It is estimated that the proposed national service agreement will provide between US$10 million and US$12 million after the initial upgrade period and annual revenue from InfuSystem’s DME service platform.
